HDPE Pipes
Hdpe (High-Density Polyethylene) is Polymer used for Extrusion process of Hdpe Pipes also termed as PE Pipes.

Pipes manufactured in our Production Facilities are in Compliance with Indian, American, British Standards and all necessary tests are performed accordingly before any dispatch schedule. .
Pipes are available in standard length of 6 / 10 / 12 Meters and also available in coil form upto 500 / 1000 Meters. .
PE Pipes are available with or without Anti- Rodent, Ultra Violet, Fire retardant as per the customer requirements. Tailor made Pipes are also available as per requirements.

HDPE PIPE (IS: 14333:1996)
- Pe Pipes in compliance to IS: 14333:1996 are generally used for Drainage, Sewage, disposal of corrosive effluent waste, ash slurry conveyance, etc.
- These pipes are without blue strips and are black in colour as per standards.
- Pipes are available in standard length of 6 / 10 / 12 Meters; special lengths can be manufactured on request.
- Range available: 63 mm to 500 mm (2”-20”).
- Pipes are manufactured from prime grade PE63/80/100 material.
- The pipes are joined either by click ring type fittings or by butt welding, thus absolutely watertight.
- Few Features for Pe Pipes are as Low installation cost, Low frictional losses, Long System Life, suitable for extreme site conditions, Resistance to impact, chemicals & salt in water.
HDPE Pipe (IS:4984-1995)
- Pe Pipes in compliance to IS: 4984:1995 are generally used for Portable Water Supply, Irrigation, Cable Laying, etc.
- These pipes are with blue strips and are black in colour as per standards.
- Pipes are available in standard length of 6, 10, 12 Meters; Coils Available upto 110 mm, special lengths can be manufactured on request.
- Range available: 20 mm to 500 mm (1/2”-20”).
- Pipes are manufactured from prime grade PE63/80/100 material.
- The pipes are joined either by click ring type fittings or by butt welding, thus absolutely watertight.
- Few Features for Pe Pipes are as Low installation cost, Low frictional losses, Long System Life, suitable for extreme site conditions, Resistance to impact, chemicals & salt in water.
HDPE Pipe (IS:14151)
- Pe Pipes in compliance to IS: 14151 are generally used for Irrigation, Sprinkler Systems, Temporary Water Transportation Systems, etc.
- These pipes are without blue strips and are black in colour as per standards.
- Pipes are available in standard length of 6 Meters; special lengths can be manufactured on request.
- Range available: 63 mm to 500 mm (2”-20”).
- Pipes are manufactured from prime grade PE63/80/100 material.
- The pipes are joined either by butt welding or Sprinkler Coupled Systems which is provided with the Pipes.

HDPE Pipe (IS:4427 Pt-2)
- Hdpe Pipes manufactured as per ISO 4427 Pt-2 (International Standards) are the most commonly asked and referred Pipes.
- PIPES are generally used for Water Supply Intended for Human Consumption, including conveyance of raw water prior to treatment and that of water for general purpose.
- Range available: 63 mm to 500 mm (2”-20”).
- Pressure Ratings: SDR 6 to SDR 41
- These Pipes can by joined using Butt Welding technique.
- Pipes are available in Coil and Straight Length upto 12 Meters.
- Colour: Black, Blue.
